Waste Water Treatment

Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad had been fully committed to the environmental protection and preservation. In year 1985, we are the first in ASEAN region to construct a highly advanced waste water treatment plant to treat process effluent especially on Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD)before discharge into the near by river according to the Sewage and Industrial Effluent Regulation 1979.
