Culinary Activities
In year 2008, Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad started to organize cooking demonstrations and cooking class both internally and externally in order to provide opportunity for all the "UMAMI Zone" members, charity organizations, women associations and company staff to learn various kinds of mouth-watering recipes and health tips with AJINOMOTO products.
Secondary School Project
Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad had organized Secondary School Project throughout Malaysia. This is a project that aims to educate our future market (secondary school students) on the correct information of AJI-NO-MOTO , to deliver information about the functions of glutamate and Umami to human diet and to educate the students on healthy cooking by using the products from AJINOMOTO . Activities that involved in this project are multimedia production video, cooking demonstration, Q&A section, and evaluation form on level of understanding.
