Green Chilli Fish (Ikan Cabe Ijo)

Ingredients:
1 pc / 500 g                                     Pomfret fish, slashed
2 tbsp                                                 SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning
Enough                                              Cooking oil
2                                                            Shallot, blend coarsely
1                                                            Onion, blend coarsely
8                                                            Green chilli, blend coarsely
½ tsp                                                   AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
½ tbsp                                                TUMIX® Anchovy Stock
1 sachet                                           Pal Sweet® Sweetener

Method:
1. Coat the fish with SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning.
2. Heat the oil, fry the fish till cooked. Put aside.
3. Heat ½ cup of the same cooking oil, stir fry shallot and onion till fragrant.
4. Add in green chilli dan fry till cook.
5. Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and TUMIX® Anchovy Stock, stir well.
6. Turn off the fire, add in Pal Sweet® Sweetener. Stir well.
7. Pour the green sambal onto the fish and serve while hot.
