Butter, melted

Button mushroom
Capsicum
Chili sauce
Mayonnaise
Mozzarella cheese

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients (A) in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
2. Heat the non-stick pan, pour the pancake batter. Cooks until bubble appear.
3. Low the heat, flip the pancake. Top with ingredients (B) as per your liking. Close the pan with lid.
4. When the cheese has melt, it ready to serve.

Tips: Drizzle some water into the pan to create steam. It will help the cheese to melt.
