Serving Suggestion: 4-5 pax

Ingredients:
1 tbsp                                                          Tamarind paste
300 ml                                                        Hot water
1 tsp                                                             AJI-NO-MOTO®
2 tsp                                                             Salt
4 tbsp                                                          Sugar

Ingredient A: blended finely
¾ cup                                                          Cooking oil
40 g                                                             Dried chili, cut, remove seeds and boiled
150 g                                                          Red onion
60 g                                                             Shallot
30 g                                                             Garlic
5 g                                                                Shrimp paste

Method:
1. Heat a pan, sauté blended ingredients (A) until fragrant and oil rises on top.
2. Pour in tamarind paste and hot water mixture.
3. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and sugar.
4. Simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and ready to serve.

Tip: Using some oil during blending of ingredients can reduce oil from splattering during frying process.
