SERI-AJI® Black Pepper Chicken

Serving Suggestion: 4 – 5 pax

Ingredients:
1 packet           SERI-AJI® Black Pepper Seasoning
50 ml /               ¼ cup Water
4 tbsp                Cooking Oil
500 g                 Chicken, cut into cube
1 Onion,          medium size cut into wedges
25g                    Spring onion, sliced

 

Method:
1. Pre-mix SERI-AJI® Black Pepper Seasoning with 50 ml of water.
2. Heat oil and stir-fry the chicken for a while.
3. Add in the pre-mixed SERI-AJI® Black Pepper Seasoning, onion and spring onion. Put some water if needed.
4. Stir-fry until well done. Serve while hot.
