|6 pieces||Chicken cutlets|
|2 sprigs||Curry leaves|
|90 g||SERI-AJI® Spicy Seasoned Flour|
|½ tsp||Turmeric powder|
- Combine all ingredient (A), mix thoroughly.
- Flatten the mixture on the chicken.
- Add in curry leaves and mix well.
- Heat up the oil, deep fry the chicken with medium heat until cook.
