Inginkan menu makan tengah hari atau makan malam yang mudah dan mengenyangkan? Resepi Puff Ayam dan Cendawan ini adalah jawapannya.

Bahan-bahan
12 keping Doh pastri rapuh (4 inci × 4 inci)
1 biji Telur, dipukul

Bahan-bahan: inti

15 g Mentega
40 g Bawang kuning, dipotong dadu
5 g Bawang putih, dicincang
300 g Isi ayam, dicincang
1 sudu kecil Tepung gandum
250 g Susu
70 g Kentang, dipotong dadu
100 g Cendawan butang, dihiris
2 sudu kecil AJI-SHIO® Lada Berperisa
Cara Menyediakan
  1. Melt the butter, stir-fry the yellow onion and garlic until soften.
  2. Add in chicken, stir until half cooked.
  3. Add in wheat flour, stir well.
  4. Add in milk and potato. Stir until potatoes turn soft.
  5. Add in button mushrooms.
  6. Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper. Stir well until thicken. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  7. Place spoonful of the filling into the puff pastry.
  8. Brush the corner with egg and seal properly. Brush the surface with egg wash.
  9. Bakes in the oven at 180°c about 15-20 minutes or until its golden.
  10. Ready to serve.
     
Tips

Freeze the pastry and bake it some other times.
