How should I take Pal Sweet® ?
Pal Sweet® is available in both sachet and tablet types. Each sachet of Pal Sweet® is equivalent in sweetness to 2 teaspoons of sugar, while each tablet is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) is a guideline used to determine how much of a food additive can be safely eaten by consumers in their daily diet. The US FDA has set a maximum allowable ADI of aspartame at 50mg per kg body weight per day. Thus, if you tip the scale at 60kg, you may consume a maximum amount of 3,000mg of aspartame a day.
