Chopped Cold Chicken

 

(5-6 serving)

 

Ingredients:
1 Whole chicken
1 ½ tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
Some Coriander,Spring onion or Cucumber

Method:
1. In a large pot bring 3 litres water to boil.
2. Drop in the chicken into the pot and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 50 minutes.
3. Remove chicken from the pot and let it under running water for 10 minutes, keep aside the chicken broth.*
4. Take out from the water, drain and rub TUMIX® Chicken Stock all over the chicken. Let it cool and set aside.
5. Chop and arrange chicken pieces in a large plate.
6. Garnish with coriander, spring onion or slides of cucumber.

 

 

Chillies Sauce

Ingredients:
120 g Fresh red chilies
3 – 4 nos Red chilies padi
6 – 8 pips Garlic
100 ml Chicken broth
3 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
1 tsp Sugar

Method:
1. Blend the chilies, garlic and chicken broth. Then add TUMIX® Chicken Stock and sugar, mix well.
Optional: Add in 1 teaspoon of Calamansi juice

Ginger Sauce:

Ingredients:
160 g Fresh ginger, remove skin
100 ml Chicken broth
Ingredients A:
2 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
1 tsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
½ tsp Sugar

Method:
1. Blend the fresh ginger and chicken broth with ingredient A till fine paste.
2. Pour into a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes over medium heat.
