Classic Bruschetta

Chopped tomato dressed In garlic over toast

Ingredients A:
6 nos Red tomato
3 nos Garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp Olive oil
½ tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
¼ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
4-5 nos Basil, thinly sliced
15 nos Sliced baguette
½ no Lemon juice
Ingredients B:
Some Olive oil
3 nos Garlic, chopped
  1. Cut tomato into half and remove the seeds.
  2. Chop tomato and place into a bowl.
  3. Add minced garlic, olive oil, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black PepperAJI-NO-MOTO® and lemon juice.
  4. Stir in thinly sliced basil.
  5. Brush baguette with olive oil.
  6. Place oil side of the baguette onto a sauté pan and toast lightly.
  7. Remove from the pan and rub some garlic. Place tomato mixture over baguette and serve.
