Chocolate Oat Bar

Serving size: 4-6 person

Ingredients:

1 cup
2 tbsp
6 tbsp
20 sachets
2 tbsp
2 cups
2 cups
¾ cup
Cocoa butter
Butter
Cocoa powder
Pal-Sweet® Sweetener
Fresh milk
Instant oat
Oat cereal, toasted
Almond flakes, toasted and crushed

Method:
1. Melt cocoa butter and butter. Turn off the fire.
2. Put in cocoa powder and Pal-Sweet® Sweetener. Mix well.
3. Stir in milk till smooth.
4. Add in instant oat, oat cereal and almond, mix thoroughly.
5. Compress and flatten the mixture into a baking tray and cool it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Cut into 3cm × 3cm square piece.
7. Ready to serve.
