Dressed Tuna Flakes in Tomato Cups

Ingredients A:
2 cans Tuna in water
2 tbsp Celery, minced
2 tbsp Red onion, minced
1 tsp Parsley, chopped
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Mustard
½ tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
1 tsp Lemon juice
5 nos Tomato
Ingredients B: garnishing
Some Coriander leaves
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.
  2. Toss with celery, onion and parsley.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard and season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, to taste.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Add lemon juice, to taste.
  6. Cut tomato into halves and remove seeds.
  7. Fill with tuna filling and garnish with coriander leaves.
