Frittata Muffin


Some Margarine
100 g                              Mixed vegetables
50 g                                 Mushrooms, sliced
100 g                              Chicken ham, cut into cubes
100 g                              Shredded cheese

Ingredients A:
2                                        Eggs, lightly beaten
60 ml                              Milk
1 tsp                                TUMIX® Chicken Stock
½ tsp                                AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper

1. Lightly grease the patty tin with margarine.
2. Place mixed vegetables, sliced mushroom and chicken ham.
3. Mix (A) together. Pour to the patty tin. Sprinkle cheese on top.
4. Preheat oven 180’C. Bake for 15 minutes or firm and cooked.
5. Serve with chilli or tomato sauce together with salad.

*This is suitable for Brunch or packed food for school
