Macaroni Cheese

2 tbsp        Butter
½ no            Yellow onion, sliced thinly
100 g         Chicken meat, diced
1 tbsp        Flour
200 ml      Milk
Some         Parsley, finely cut for garnishing

Ingredients A:
1 tsp         TUMIX® Ikan Bilis (Anchovy) Stock
½ tsp         AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
100 g        Finely grated cheddar cheese
2 cups      Ready cooked macaroni /penne pasta
100 g        Crab stick, diced
50 g           Frozen peas
50 g           Frozen corn
50 g           Red pepper, diced

1. Melt butter in saucepan, sauté onion until fragrant.
2. Add in chicken, stir until cook.
3. Stir in flour and mix well. Slowly add in milk till smooth.
4. Stir in all ingredients (A) and mix well.
5. Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately.
