Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad Promotes “Healthy Eating, Active Living” at Nutrition Month Malaysia 2025

AMB supports NNM 2025 as Main Sponsor, highlighting the “Healthy Eating, Active Living” theme

KUALA LUMPUR, 28 MAY 2025 ― Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad (AMB) proudly reaffirms its commitment as the Main Sponsor for the sixth consecutive year of Nutrition Month Malaysia (NMM) 2025, held from 14 to 18 May at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya. This long-standing support underscores AMB’s unwavering dedication to promoting healthier lifestyles and enhancing well-being through sustainable nutrition initiatives, benefiting Malaysians of all age groups.

This year’s NMM 2025 theme, "Eat Right, Move More – Prioritize Health & Wellness", serves as a national call to action, encouraging Malaysians to adopt long-term healthy habits to prevent non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and enhance overall health and quality of life.

At the same time, AMB emphasized the theme "Healthy Eating, Active Living" to inspire immediate and effective steps toward healthier lifestyles through balanced nutrition and regular physical activity. This initiative aims to spark a sense of urgency and encourage sustainable lifestyle changes for the nation’s long-term health.

Additionally, AJINOMOTO Gyoza offers a quick and nutritious cooking option for busy individuals.

By combining balanced nutrition with an active lifestyle, AMB promotes both physical and mental wellness through regular movement with aminoVITAL®. Attendees participated in the aminoVITAL® Ring Fit Challenge, a fun and interactive fitness game.

During the weekend, engaging stage activities enhanced the event atmosphere. The AJI-NO-MOTO® mini workshop enabled participants to prepare a delicious reduced-sodium mini chicken and vegetable quiche while learning about healthier food choices. Meanwhile, the aminoVITAL® cardio dance session kept participants energized, and the "Guess the Flavour" Gyoza Challenge rewarded attendees for correctly identifying AJINOMOTO Gyoza flavours.

The event attracted over 4,500 participants, reflecting a growing interest in healthier living. As part of the Ajinomoto Group's Creating Shared Value (ASV) initiative, AMB continues to nurture a culture of wellness that positively impacts community health nationwide. By equipping individuals with knowledge and tools for healthier decisions, AMB plays a vital role in fostering a more active Malaysia.

In line with its commitment, AMB will also support the upcoming NMM Sabah on 19 June 2025 to further promote “Healthy Eating, Active Living” in the effort to prevent non-communicable diseases.
