Ingredients:
For Sambal:
3/4 cup Cooking Oil
100ml Water
1 tbsp Tamarind paste (mix with 200ml hot water)
2 tsp Salt
2 ½ tbsp Sugar
3 chap AJI-NO-MOTO®
Ingredient A: (Finely blend)
40g Dried Chillies (boil, cut and remove seeds)
3 nos Onion
8 nos Shallot
3 cloved Garlic
5g Belacan
For rice:
550 g Rice
2 nos Pandan leaf
500 ml Water
200 ml Coconut milk
1 tsp Salt
3 chap AJI-NO-MOTO®
Method
  1. Blend ingredient A until smooth and set aside.
  2. Put in rice, water, salt, coconut milk, knotted pandan leaves and AJI-NO-MOTO®into a rice cooker.
  3. Heat oil dan sauté blended ingredients A until oil rises to the top.
  4. Pour in tamarind juice and stir well.
  5. Add in salt, sugar dan AJI-NO-MOTO®.
  6. Let it cook for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with sambal, hard boiled egg, cucumber, peanut and fried anchovy
