Chicken Clear Soup
Ingredients
200 g | Chicken carcass / bones |
1 | Onion (halved) |
3 cloves | Garlic |
6 cups | Water |
Method
- In a pot, add in chicken bones, onion, garlic and water. Let it boil.
- After boiling, simmer around 45 min over small fire.
- Strain the soup and set aside to cool.
- Divide into 3-4 individual portions. 250 ml per portion
