Potato Meat Patties

Ingredients:

200 g
80 g
1 sprig
1 sprig
1 tsp
2 tbsp

Potato, sliced thin and fried
Minced beef meat, boiled
Spring onion, chopped
Coriander leaf, chopped
AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
Fried shallots
Eggs
AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper

Methods:
1. Mash the potatoes until fine.
2. Add in minced beef meat, spring onion and coriander leaf. Mix thoroughly.
3. Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Mix well.
4. Scoop some mixture, shape into ball and flatten it. Repeat until done.
5. Heat up oil.
6. Beat the eggs together with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Dip potato patties into egg mixture.
7. Deep fry until crispy.
