Anchovies Potato Patty
Ingredients
500gm | Potatoes (boiled and mashed fine) |
100gm | Anchovies (washed to reduce saltiness and minced) |
4 pcs | Celery Leaves (chopped sliced) |
4 pcs | Coriander Leaves (chopped fine) |
4 pcs | Leek (thinly sliced) |
1 | Egg |
½ small bowl | Wheat Flour |
3 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1 tbsp | Salt |
Enough | Oil for frying |
Coating:
1 | Egg |
Method
- Mix the mashed potatoes, anchovies, celery, coriander, leek and egg.
- Add in AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt to taste.
- Add in wheat flour and make soft dough.
- Make the dough into balls and keep for 15 minutes in a cold place.
- Whisk the egg in a small bowl.
- Dip the potato balls with egg before frying.
- Fry until it is golden.
- Remove the patties and dry off the excessive oil with kitchen towel.
