|200 g||Chicken Meat, cut in to small pieces|
|100 g||Long Bean, cut in to small pieces|
|3 ½ cups / 550 g||White Rice|
|1 packet||SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice seasoning 26g|
- Heat the oil.
- Shallow fry the anchovy until golden.
- Add in chicken meat, long beans and egg.
- Add white rice and sprinkle 1 packet of SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning 26g
- Stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
Tip: Use larger wok to easier the stir-fry process.
