Anchovy Fried Rice
Ingredients
6 tbsp | Oil |
200 g | Chicken Meat, cut in to small pieces |
30 g | Anchovies |
100 g | Long Bean, cut in to small pieces |
2 | Eggs |
3 ½ cups / 550 g | White Rice |
1 packet | SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice seasoning 26g |
Method
- Heat the oil.
- Shallow fry the anchovy until golden.
- Add in chicken meat, long beans and egg.
- Add white rice and sprinkle 1 packet of SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning 26g
- Stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
Tips
Use larger wok to easier the stir-fry process.
