Anchovy Fried Rice

6 tbsp Oil
200 g Chicken Meat, cut in to small pieces
30 g Anchovies
100 g Long Bean, cut in to small pieces
2 Eggs
3 ½ cups / 550 g White Rice
1 packet SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice seasoning 26g
  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Shallow fry the anchovy until golden.
  3. Add in chicken meat, long beans and egg.
  4. Add white rice and sprinkle 1 packet of SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning 26g
  5. Stir-fry until even. Serve hot.

Tip: Use larger wok to easier the stir-fry process.
