Anchovy Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Ikan Bilis)

| 6 tablespoon | Cooking oil |
| 100 g | Chicken (sliced) |
| 30 g | Anchovy, washed and drained |
| 100 g | Mustard green (cut into 1 inch length) |
| 2 nos | Egg |
| 550 g~600 g (4~5 cups) | White Rice |
| 1 packet (26 g) | SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning |

- Heat cooking oil and stir fry anchovy until fragrant.
- Add in chicken, stir fry until it is cooked, set aside before adding the eggs.
- When the egg is almost set, add in mustard green and white rice, mix well.
- Sprinkle in the SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning and stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
