Assorted Cheese Sticks

3 pieces | Puff pastry |

1 | Egg |
1 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
1 tbsp | Unsalted butter |
3 clove | Garlic, chopped |
2 pieces | Seaweed, finely ground |
2 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |

- Heat the oven at 180°c.
- Prepare 3 puff pastry to 8 × 6 inch rectangular.
- Beat the egg and brush on puff pastry.
- Sprinkle AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper on all sheet.
- Beat the butter with garlic. Spread on first sheet.
- Sprinkle seaweed on second sheet.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on all puff pastry sheet.
- Cut the sheets into long strip.
- Twist each strip and arrange on oven tray line with baking paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
