Baked Cheese Rice

The enticing menu is easy and quick. The combination of the taste of cheese and Tom Yam makes your dish to shine. Try this Baked Cheese Rice recipe.
|1 tbsp||Oil or margarine|
|40 g||Vegetarian ham, cubed|
|6||Fresh button mushroom, sliced|
|2 bowls (360g)||Cooked rice|
|15 pcs||Baby tomato, cut into 2|
|3 tbsp||Grated mozzarella cheese|
|1 tbsp||Chopped pasley|
|1 tbsp/12 g||SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning|
|2 tbsp||Grated mozzarella cheese|
1. Heat up oil or margarine, pan-fry ham and button mushroom until fragrant. Keep aside.
2. In a bowl, add in rice, fried ham and button mushroom, and ingredients (A), mix well.
3. Put rice into a oven proof baking dish, add in tomato and sprinkle 3 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 2000C for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
