Recipe Description

Meat Burger recipe is really fun to try. Certainly healthier and easier to prepare. No more buying it outside!

Ingredients
Ingredients A:
500 g Minced beef
1 Egg
1 Onion, minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Worcester sauce / Brown sauce
3 tbsp Wheat flour
2 tbsp Cooking oil
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
1½ tbsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
Ingredients B:
Some Tapioca starch
Enough Cooking oil
50 g Butter
6 Burger buns, cut into 2 sections
Ingredients C:
6 pieces Cheese
2 Tomatoes
1 Holland onion
Sufficient Lettuce
Method
  1. Put all the ingredients (A) and into a bowl, mix evenly and marinate for a while.
  2. Shape it into an appropriate sized patty.
  3. Dip the patties with tapioca starch before frying.
  4. Heat the frying pan and fry patties until cooked through. Keep aside.
  5. Spread butter on burger buns, put on the pan until the bottom slightly brown.
  6. Prepare the buns, ingredients (B) and patties, sprinkle some AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper on the patties, cover with a piece of buns. Serve.
