3 nos Red onion
3 pips Garlic cloves
2 cm Ginger
2 tbsp Soaked dried shrimp

 

Ingredients B: gravy

1/3 tbsp Cooking oil
40 g Boiled beef meat, thinly sliced
20 g Sweet potato, boiled until cooked and mash finely
2 tsp Preserved fermented salted soybean
1½ tbsp Meat curry powder
500 ml Water
1 tbsp Peanut powder (peanuts fried without oil and finely ground)
1 cm Galangal, bruised
½ pc Tomato, diced
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp TUMIX® Anchovies Stock

 

Ingredients C: accompaniment

55 g Yellow noodles, blanch
10 g Bean sprout
1/2 pc Red Chili, thinly sliced
1/2 pc Green Chili, thinly sliced
1 no Hardboiled egg, cut into half
1 no Hard tofu, fried and sliced
1 tsp Fried shallot
1 Calamansi, cut into half
Method
Method
  1. Stir-fry the finely ground ingredients until fragrant, then add the meat curry spices and preserved fermented salted soybean. Fry it until the oil separates.
  2. Add half of the meat and stir well.
  3. Add in water and mashed sweet potato, cook until boiling.
  4. Add in galangal, peanut powder and tomatoes. Simmer until the soup thickens.
  5. Season with TUMIX® and salt.
  6. To assemble, put noodles in a bowl, beef meat and all accompaniments.
  7. Pour the gravy and ready to be served.
