|1 cup||Carrot, grated|
|½ cup||Evaporated milk|
|1-2 sachets||Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener|
1. Sauté carrot with the ghee until the raw smell of carrots is replaced by a distinct aroma.
2. Then add the two milks and cook for 10 mins until it is almost absorbed.
3. Add crushed cardamom and cook further until it all comes to a single mass, put Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener.
4. Garnish with roasted almonds or cashews and enjoy.
