Carrot Halwa

Ingredients:
1 cup | Carrot, grated |
½ cup | Milk |
½ cup | Evaporated milk |
¼ cup | Ghee |
1-2 sachets | Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener |
½ tsp | Cardamom |
2 tsp | Almonds/cashews |

1.
Sauté carrot with the ghee until the raw smell of carrots is replaced by a distinct aroma.

Then add the two milks and cook for 10 mins until it is almost absorbed.
3.
Add crushed cardamom and cook further until it all comes to a single mass, put Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener.
4.
Garnish with roasted almonds or cashews and enjoy.
