Carrot Halwa
Ingredients
1 cup | Carrot, grated |
½ cup | Milk |
½ cup | Evaporated milk |
¼ cup | Ghee |
1-2 sachets | Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener |
½ tsp | Cardamom |
2 tsp | Almonds/cashews |
Method
- Sauté carrot with the ghee until the raw smell of carrots is replaced by a distinct aroma.
- Then add the two milks and cook for 10 mins until it is almost absorbed.
- Add crushed cardamom and cook further until it all comes to a single mass, put Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener.
- Garnish with roasted almonds or cashews and enjoy.
