Chessy Egg Burger

A classic burger with peppery egg and melted cheddar cheese. A simple yet fulfilling burger to enjoy at any time of the day.

| Enough | Cooking oil |
| 1 pcs | Beef burger patty (Or chicken) |
| 10 shakes | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
| 1 no | Egg |
| 1 slice | Cheddar cheese slice |
| 10 g | Margarine |
| 1 no | Burger bun, cut into 2 and spread margarine |
| Enough | Mayonnaise |
| 1 pcs | Lettuce (or shredded cabbage – optional) |
| 2 shakes | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
| Enough | Chili sauce |

- Heat the cooking oil. Grill burger patty over medium heat until cooked through. Shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 3 times on both sides of patty during cooking. Keep aside.
- Heat up egg ring mould on hot flat pan, break egg inside and let it cooked through. Shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 2 times on each side of egg during cooking. Place cheddar cheese slice on top and let it melt.
- Toast the bun until slightly brown both sides.
- On bottom bun, pipe on mayonnaise, place lettuce, burger patty, egg with cheddar cheese slice, then pipe mayonnaise, chili sauce and top with 2 shakes of AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Then place the top bun.
