Chicken Chasseur

80 g | Chicken breast, diced |
1/4 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
5 g | Plain flour |
2 tbsp | Oil for frying |
6 | Button mushrooms |
50 g | Carrot, cubed |
1(120g) | Potato, cubed |
3/4 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
200 ml | Water |
1 tsp | Parsley |

- Season chicken with AJI-SHIO® and coat with plain flour.
- Heat oil in a pan, add in chicken and cook for a few minutes. Turn each chicken pieces over to brown evenly. Set it aside.
- Sauté mushrooms, carrots and potatoes with remaining oil.
- Add in water and TUMIX®.
- Cook on low heat for 3 minutes and then add in parsley.
- Add the fried chicken and simmer for 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add in some water if needed. Ready to serve.
Light Baby Corn and Broccoli Soup

1/4 tsp | Olive oil |
1 tbsp | Chopped onion |
1 tsp | Chopped garlic |
250 ml | Water |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
50 g | Baby corn |
100 g | Broccoli |

- Heat oil, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in water and let it boil.
- Add in TUMIX®, baby corn and broccoli.
- Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
