Chicken Chop

2 pieces | Chicken Drumstick (boneless) |
1 tbsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
2 | Eggs (beaten) |
100 gm | Flour |
150 ml | Oil for frying |

- Marinate chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil.
- Dip the chicken drumstick into the flour and beaten eggs.
- Fry until it is cooked.
- Serve the chicken chop with blanched carrots, beans and fries.
Chicken Chop Sauce

6 cloves | Garlic (finely pounded) |
6 tbsp | Chili Sauce |
3 tbsp | Tomato Sauce |
2 tbsp | Honey |
3 tbsp | Water |
⅓ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
To taste | Salt |
Enough | Oil |

- Sauté the garlic, cook over lower heat, add in chili sauce, tomato sauce, honey, water, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Mix well.
