2 pieces Chicken Drumstick (boneless)
1 tbsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
2 Eggs (beaten)
100 gm Flour
150 ml Oil for frying
Method
Method
  1. Marinate chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil.
  3. Dip the chicken drumstick into the flour and beaten eggs.
  4. Fry until it is cooked.
  5. Serve the chicken chop with blanched carrots, beans and fries.

6 cloves Garlic (finely pounded)
6 tbsp Chili Sauce
3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Water
⅓ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
To taste Salt

  1. Sauté the garlic, cook over lower heat, add in chili sauce, tomato sauce, honey, water, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Mix well.
