5 Hard boiled egg
300 g Chicken, chopped
¼ tsp Pepper powder
¾ tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Cooking oil
150 ml Water
½ tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 ½ tsp Corn starch, mix with 1 tbsp water
½ tsp Sesame oil

Ingredient A: condiment

½ thumb size Ginger
1 -2 Garlic, minced
1 small Cinnamon stick
1 small Star anise
2 pcs Clove

Ingredient B: seasoning

½ tsp Dark soy sauce
¾ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
¾ tsp Sugar
¼ tsp 5 spice powder
Method
Method
  1. Boil the eggs, peel the shells and put aside. 
  2. Marinate chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock and pepper powder.
  3. Heat the oil, sauté condiment (A). Add the marinated chicken, stir-fry over medium heat until almost cooked. 
  4. Pour water and seasoning (B), and boil. 
  5. Add eggs, simmer together with the chicken for 15 minutes. 
  6. Add in corn starch mixture and sesame oil.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
  8. Add sesame oil in the final stage of cooking, to obtain the best taste.
