Ingredients
5 | Hard boiled egg |
300 g | Chicken, chopped |
¼ tsp | Pepper powder |
¾ tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
1 tbsp | Cooking oil |
150 ml | Water |
½ tbsp | Dark soy sauce |
1 ½ tsp | Corn starch, mix with 1 tbsp water |
½ tsp | Sesame oil |
Ingredient A: condiment
½ thumb size | Ginger |
1 -2 | Garlic, minced |
1 small | Cinnamon stick |
1 small | Star anise |
2 pcs | Clove |
Ingredient B: seasoning
½ tsp | Dark soy sauce |
¾ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
¾ tsp | Sugar |
¼ tsp | 5 spice powder |
Method
- Boil the eggs, peel the shells and put aside.
- Marinate chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock and pepper powder.
- Heat the oil, sauté condiment (A). Add the marinated chicken, stir-fry over medium heat until almost cooked.
- Pour water and seasoning (B), and boil.
- Add eggs, simmer together with the chicken for 15 minutes.
- Add in corn starch mixture and sesame oil.
- Serve hot with rice.
- Add sesame oil in the final stage of cooking, to obtain the best taste.
