| 4 pips | Garlic, coarsely ground |
| 4 nos | Shallot, coarsely ground |
| 3 pcs (70g) | Red chili, coarsely ground |
| 13 pcs (350g) | Long bean, cut 2cm diagonally |
| 1 tbsp | Oyster sauce |
| 1 tsp | Sesame oil |
| Some | Water |
| 1 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1 strand | Sliced spring onion |
| 1 tbsp | Fried onion |

- Heat the oil, stir fry the coarsely ground ingredients until fragrant and golden.
- Add the long beans, stir until well coated.
- Add oyster sauce, sesame oil and a little bit of water. Continue stirring, then season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Garnish with spring onion and fried onion, it's ready to serve.
