Some Cooking oil
4 pips Garlic, coarsely ground
4 nos Shallot, coarsely ground
3 pcs (70g) Red chili, coarsely ground
13 pcs (350g) Long bean, cut 2cm diagonally
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
Some Water
1 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/2 tsp Salt
1 strand Sliced spring onion
1 tbsp Fried onion
Method
Method
  1. Heat the oil, stir fry the coarsely ground ingredients until fragrant and golden. 
  2. Add the long beans, stir until well coated.
  3. Add oyster sauce, sesame oil and a little bit of water. Continue stirring, then season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. 
  4. Garnish with spring onion and fried onion, it's ready to serve.
