1 Pasteurized egg yolk
30 ml Milk
Ingredients B:
170 g Melted chocolate
300 g Whipped cream
8 g Gelatine
Decoration:
10 g Almond
10 g Pistachio nut
10 g Hazelnut
10 g Butter
5 g (5 sachets) Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener
