Chuka Wakame Salad

|2 cm||Young ginger|
|1 (240gm)||Young mango|
|100 g||Chuka Wakame (Wakame seaweed)|
|1-2 packets||Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener|
1. Cut shallot, ginger and chilli into thin slices.
2. Cut mango lengthwise and thinly.
3. Mix the cut ingredients with chuka wakame and lime juice.
4. Add in salt and Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener.
5. Stir to combine and serve.
