½ | Duck, cut into 6 pieces |
500 ml | Water |

300g | Yam, cut into wedges |

Ingredients A:
50g | Young ginger slices |
1 tbsp | Chopped garlic |
Ingredients B:
1 tbsp | Salted beans (taucheong) |
1 tbsp | Oyster sauce |
Garnishing:
Some | Red chillies |
Some | Spring onion |
Some | Coriander leaves |
