Claypot Duck with Yam

1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Sesame oil
½ Duck, cut into 6 pieces
500 ml Water
1 tbsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning
300g Yam, cut into wedges
½ tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
Ingredients A:
50g Young ginger slices
1 tbsp Chopped garlic
Ingredients B:
1 tbsp Salted beans (taucheong)
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
Some Red chillies
Some Spring onion
Some Coriander leaves
  1. Heat oil and sesame oil, sauté ingredients (A) in claypot till fragrant.
