3 - 4 whole | Roots of coriander, lightly smashed |
1/2 tsp | Szechuan pepper |
60 g | Glass noodles, soaked and drained |
10 pcs | Tiger prawns, medium size |
1/2 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning |
1 tsp | Fish sauce |
1/2 tsp | White pepper |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Anchovy Stock mix with 200 ml of water |
100 ml | Evaporated milk |
Some | Chopped coriander leaves |

- Place coriander roots and Szechuan pepper in a claypot.
- Layer in the glass noodles and the prawns.
- Spoon in the seasoning, AJI-NO-MOTO® and TUMIX® stock. Allow to boil till prawns are cooked.
- Pour in the evaporated milk (be careful that it will not over-boiled) and serve immediately with coriander.

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 26% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
