Claypot Prawns with Glass Noodles
A simple, delicious and healthier Claypot Prawns with Glass Noodles Recipe. A gravy dish that is suitable to eat with white rice and other side dishes.

|3 - 4 whole||Roots of coriander, lightly smashed|
|1/2 tsp||Szechuan pepper|
|60 g||Glass noodles, soaked and drained|
|10 pcs||Tiger prawns, medium size|
|1/2 tsp||AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning|
|1 tsp||Fish sauce|
|1/2 tsp||White pepper|
|1 tsp||TUMIX® Anchovy Stock mix with 200 ml of water|
|100 ml||Evaporated milk|
|Some||Chopped coriander leaves|
- Place coriander roots and Szechuan pepper in a claypot.
- Layer in the glass noodles and the prawns.
- Spoon in the seasoning, AJI-NO-MOTO® and TUMIX® stock. Allow to boil till prawns are cooked.
- Pour in the evaporated milk (be careful that it will not over-boiled) and serve immediately with coriander.
With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 26% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
