Sweet yet savoury Corn Fritters recipe. A quick and easy afternoon tea snack.

1 packet | Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g |
325 ml | Water |
250 g | Whole kernel corn |
1 no | Yellow onion, chopped |
½ no | Red chili, chopped |
2 strings | Celery leaf, chopped |
Enough | Cooking oil, for frying |

- Mix Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g with water.
- Add in whole kernel corn, yellow onion, red chili and celery leaf into the batter. Mix well.
- Spoon the batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
*1 packet of Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g can be used to make 17 pieces of fritters.
