Crispy Eggy Pancake

Not to waste your leftover rice and make it as a delicious snack for sharing with family. Thin crispy outer texture with soft rice inner texture, tasty to enjoy.

| 2 no | Egg, large-sized |
| 1 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
| 50 g | Carrot, cut into small diced |
| 2 strings | Spring onions, chopped |
| 200 g | White rice |
| Enough | Cooking oil |
| 20 g | Black sesame seed |

- Beat egg with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper.
- Add in carrot, spring onion and white rice. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Cook until both sides is cook through, browned and crisp. Sprinkle black sesame seed. Repeat until the mixture is done.
- Ready to be serve.
