Daging Goreng Kicap

Bahan-bahan:
500 g | Daging batang pinang lembu (tenderloin), dihiris nipis |
¼ cawan | Minyak masak |
3 inci | Halia muda, dihiris nipis |
200 g | Daun bawang, dipotong 1 inci |
Ingredients A: marinade
1 peket kecil | Perencah Masak Lada Hitam SERI-AJI® |
1 sudu teh | Perencah Pati Ayam TUMIX® |
1 sudu besar | Sos tiram |
1 sudu besar | Tepung jagung |
Secubit | Serbuk soda (bicarbonate of soda) |
1 sudu besar | Kicap pekat |
1 sudu teh | Gula |

1.
Marinate beef slices with ingredients (A) for 30 minutes

Heat oil, fry ginger until aromatic. Add in the marinated beef and stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes
3.
Lastly add in spring onion and stir well. Serve with rice
