Daging Goreng Kicap

Bahan-bahan:
500 g Daging batang pinang lembu (tenderloin), dihiris nipis
¼ cawan Minyak masak
3 inci Halia muda, dihiris nipis
200 g Daun bawang, dipotong 1 inci
Ingredients A: marinade
1 peket kecil Perencah Masak Lada Hitam SERI-AJI®
1 sudu teh Perencah Pati Ayam TUMIX®
1 sudu besar Sos tiram
1 sudu besar Tepung jagung
Secubit Serbuk soda (bicarbonate of soda)
1 sudu besar Kicap pekat
1 sudu teh Gula
Method
  1. Marinate beef slices with ingredients (A) for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, fry ginger until aromatic. Add in the marinated beef and stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Lastly add in spring onion and stir well. Serve with rice.
