Dressed Tuna Flakes in Tomato Cups

Ingredients
Ingredients A:
2 cans | Tuna in water |
2 tbsp | Celery, minced |
2 tbsp | Red onion, minced |
1 tsp | Parsley, chopped |
1/3 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 tsp | Mustard |
½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
1 tsp | Lemon juice |
5 nos | Tomato |
Ingredients B: garnishing
Some | Coriander leaves |
Method
- In a mixing bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.
- Toss with celery, onion and parsley.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard and season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, to taste.
- Stir to combine.
- Add lemon juice, to taste.
- Cut tomato into halves and remove seeds.
- Fill with tuna filling and garnish with coriander leaves.
