Durian Crepe

1- 2 tbsp Oil
Ingredients: batter
250 g Plain flour
3 Egg
200 ml Coconut milk
500 ml Water
½ tsp Salt
A few drops Yellow colouring
Ingredients: filling
200 ml Low-fat non-dairy whipping cream
5-6 sachets Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener
200-250g Durian flesh
