Enoki Wanton

Crispy mushroom dish, full of flavor and easy to prepare.

| Enough | Cooking oil |
| 2 packet | Enoki mushroom, rinsed and divided into 6-8 |
| 1 packet | Seri-Aji® Original Seasoned Flour 150g / Seri-Aji® Spicy Seasoned Flour 150g |
| ½ packet | Wanton skin |
| ¼ cup | Water |

- Coat enoki mushroom with Seri-Aji® Original Seasoned Flour 150g / Seri-Aji® Spicy Seasoned Flour 150g.
- Place on top of the wanton skin, apply water to the end of the wanton skin and fold. Repeat until done.
- Heat cooking oil. Fry enoki wanton until crisp and golden.
- Ready to be served.
