|2 packet||Enoki mushroom, rinsed and divided into 6-8|
|1 packet||Seri-Aji® Original Seasoned Flour 150g / Seri-Aji® Spicy Seasoned Flour 150g|
|½ packet||Wanton skin|
- Coat enoki mushroom with Seri-Aji® Original Seasoned Flour 150g / Seri-Aji® Spicy Seasoned Flour 150g.
- Place on top of the wanton skin, apply water to the end of the wanton skin and fold. Repeat until done.
- Heat cooking oil. Fry enoki wanton until crisp and golden.
- Ready to be served.
