Ingredients A: soup
| 5 pcs | Chicken whole leg part |
| 1 small | Sweet turnip, sliced |
| 3 nos | Holland onion, sliced |
| 6 pips | Garlic, sliced |
| 2 inches | Ginger, sliced |
| 1.2 litres | Water |
| 1 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
| 1½ tsp | White pepper |
| 2 pcs | Rock sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 tbsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
Ingredient B: soy sauce sambal
| 30 g | Bird’s eye chilli |
| 3 pips | Garlic |
| 2 tsp | Lime juice |
| 2 tbsp | Sweet soy sauce |
| 1 tbsp | Water |
| 1½ tbsp | Fried shallot |
| 1 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
Ingredient C: accompaniment
| 300 g | Flat noodles, blanched and strained |
| 150 g | Bean sprouts, blanched |
| 6 stalks | Siew pak choy, blanched |
| 10 pcs | Fish ball, cut into half |
| 3 pcs | Fish cake, sliced |
| 2 stalks | Spring onion, chopped |
| 2 stalks | Coriander leaf, chopped |
| 1 tbsp | Fried shallot |

- Fill the soup pot with the chicken, sweet turnip, Holland onion, garlic, ginger and water. Let it boil for 20 - 30 minutes while skimming all the scum that floats up.
- Drain and strain the soup, discarding all the vegetables, and let the chicken cool before shredding it to pieces and using it as a condiment later.
- Boil the soup again and season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, white pepper, rock sugar and salt. Add the fish cakes and fish balls to the soup.
- For the soy sauce sambal, blend all the ingredients (B) in a blender to a smooth paste. Season it with AJI-NO-MOTO®.
- Place a portion of flat noodles, accompaniments including shredded chicken and soup into a bowl. Serve with soy sauce sambal.

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 16% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
