Recipe Description
Easy and delicious Folded Spinach Omelette to cook at home. Simple ingredients but full of flavour.
Ingredients
½ nos | Holland Onion, cut into small diced |
2 pips | Garlic, minced |
1 ½ inch | Carrot, cut into small diced |
150 g | Spinach, cut |
½ nos | Tomato, cut into small diced |
1 ½ tsp | Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning |
Ingredients A: mixwell
5 nos | Egg |
4 tbsp | Fresh milk |
1 ½ tsp | Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning |
Method
- Heat some cooking oil, stir-fry the Holland onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in carrots, stir-fry until slightly cook.
- Add in spinach and tomato, stir-fry for a while.
- Season with Rasa Sifu™ and set aside.
- Pour the egg mixture in a pan, and tilt the pan to distribute the eggs evenly over the surface.
- Once the egg is slightly cook, add in the stir fry mixture and spread it on one side of the egg.
- When the egg is set or cook, fold the egg into two.
- Ready to be served.
