½ nos Holland Onion, cut into small diced
2 pips Garlic, minced
1 ½ inch Carrot, cut into small diced
150 g Spinach, cut
½ nos Tomato, cut into small diced
1 ½ tsp Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning

5 nos Egg
4 tbsp Fresh milk
1 ½ tsp Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning
Method
Method
  1. Heat some cooking oil, stir-fry the Holland onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in carrots, stir-fry until slightly cook.
  3. Add in spinach and tomato, stir-fry for a while.
  4. Season with Rasa Sifu™ and set aside.
  5. Pour the egg mixture in a pan, and tilt the pan to distribute the eggs evenly over the surface.
  6. Once the egg is slightly cook, add in the stir fry mixture and spread it on one side of the egg.
  7. When the egg is set or cook, fold the egg into two.
  8. Ready to be served.
