Ingredients
3 tbsp | Cooking oil |
3 | Shallots, sliced |
2 cloves | Garlic, sliced |
1 tbsp | Chili paste |
¼ tsp | Turmeric powder |
2 | Eggs |
400 g | Bitter gourd, centre part removed, sliced |
1 tbsp | Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning |
Method
- Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry shallots, garlic and chili paste until fragrant.
- Add in bitter gourd, stir-fry until half cooked.
- Add in turmeric powder, stir for a while.
- Season with Rasa Sifu™.
- Add in egg and stir-fry until cooked.
- Ready to serve.
Tips
Soak bitter gourd in salted water for 15 minutes after cutting and rinse to reduce the bitterness.
