Fried Bitter Gourd with Egg

Serving suggestion: 4-5 pax

3 tbsp Cooking oil
3 Shallots, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
1 tbsp Chili paste
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
2 Eggs
400 g Bitter gourd, centre part removed, sliced
1 tbsp Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning
  1. Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry shallots, garlic and chili paste until fragrant.
  2. Add in bitter gourd, stir-fry until half cooked.
  3. Add in turmeric powder, stir for a while.
  4. Season with Rasa Sifu™.
  5. Add in egg and stir-fry until cooked.
  6. Ready to serve.

    Tips: Soak bitter gourd in salted water for 15 minutes after cutting and rinse to reduce the bitterness.
