Fried Bitter Gourd with Egg
Serving suggestion: 4-5 pax
|3 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|2 cloves||Garlic, sliced|
|1 tbsp||Chili paste|
|¼ tsp||Turmeric powder|
|400 g||Bitter gourd, centre part removed, sliced|
|1 tbsp||Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning|
- Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry shallots, garlic and chili paste until fragrant.
- Add in bitter gourd, stir-fry until half cooked.
- Add in turmeric powder, stir for a while.
- Season with Rasa Sifu™.
- Add in egg and stir-fry until cooked.
- Ready to serve.
Tips: Soak bitter gourd in salted water for 15 minutes after cutting and rinse to reduce the bitterness.
