|2 tbsp||Tomato sauce|
|2 tbsp||Chilli sauce|
|5 tbsp||Pineapple juice|
|2||Red Chilli, deseeded|
Method (Sweet & Sour Sauce):
- Mix well all ingredients (A) and (B), cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Ready to serve.
|500 g||Dory, cut into bite size|
|½ tsp||White pepper powder|
|1 tbsp||Rice flour|
|1 tbsp||Tapioca flour|
|1 tsp||Baking powder|
- Seasoned fish with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and white pepper powder for 10 minutes.
- Coating the fish with ingredients (A).
- Fry until golden brown, ready to serve.
Tip: Marinating the fish with a squeeze of lemon juice will remove any fishy odour.
