Recipe Description

The fried fish is fast and easy to prepare. It is also well-liked by people due to its optimal taste with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients
500 g Spanish mackerel
1/3 tsp Vinegar
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
½ tsp Salt
Enough Cooking oil (for deep-fried purpose)
   
Method
  1. Marinate fish with vinegar, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt, at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok, deep-fry the fish until cooked and golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with rice.
Tips
