5 Potatoes (¾ cooked / cut into cubes)
¼ Yellow Onion (sliced)

¼ Yellow Onion (finely sliced and pound)
4 piece Garlic (finely sliced and pound)
4 slices Coriander Leaves (chopped)
½ tbsp Dried Shrimps (soaked / finely blended)
2 Red Chilies (finely sliced)
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
To taste Salt

Method
Method
  1. Fry the potatoes.
  2. Remove the potatoes and dry off the excessive oil with the kitchen towel.
  3. Sauté the garlic, yellow onion (finely sliced and pound) and dried shrimps until fragrant.
  4. Add in the fried potatoes, sliced ​​yellow onion, red chilies and the chopped coriander leaves. 
  5. Add in AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt to taste.
  6. Fry until it cooks.
