|100 g||Chicken meat, diced|
|100 g||Prawn meat, diced|
|10 pcs||Scallop, whole|
|½ tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper|
|10 g||Dried scallop, soak in water|
|4 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|50 g||Mixed vegetables|
|600 g||Cooked rice|
|1 packet (26g)||SERI-AJI® Yang Chow Fried Rice Mix|
- Marinate chicken meat, prawn meat and scallop with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, keep aside.
- Shred dried scallop.
- Heat up cooking oil, add in eggs and cook until semi solid, add in mixed vegetables and marinated meat. Stir well.
- Add in dried scallop, rice and SERI-AJI® Yang Chow Fried Rice Mix, mix well.
- Garnish it with spring onion, serve warm.
