Fried Rice with Assorted Meat

| 100 g | Chicken meat, diced |
| 100 g | Prawn meat, diced |
| 10 pcs | Scallop, whole |
| ½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
| 10 g | Dried scallop, soak in water |
| 4 tbsp | Cooking oil |
| 2 | Egg |
| 50 g | Mixed vegetables |
| 600 g | Cooked rice |
| 1 packet (26g) | SERI-AJI® Yang Chow Fried Rice Mix |

- Marinate chicken meat, prawn meat and scallop with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, keep aside.
- Shred dried scallop.
- Heat up cooking oil, add in eggs and cook until semi solid, add in mixed vegetables and marinated meat. Stir well.
- Add in dried scallop, rice and SERI-AJI® Yang Chow Fried Rice Mix, mix well.
- Garnish it with spring onion, serve warm.
