|3 packet||Tempe, cut thinly|
|1 tbsp||SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning|
|Enough||Oil for frying|
Ingredients B: sauce
|8||Bird’s eye chili|
|150 ml||Sweet soy sauce|
|1½ tbsp||Brown sugar|
1. Cut thinly the tempe and put into a bowl.
2. Evenly rub SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning on tempe.
3. Heat the oil and fry the tempe until crispy.
4. Remove the crispy tempe and dry the excess oil with kitchen towel.
5. Put all ingredients (B) into blender, roughly blend.
6. Ready to serve with fried tempe.
