|3 packet||Tempe, cut thinly|
|1 tbsp||SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning|
|Enough||Oil for frying|
Ingredients B: sauce
|8||Bird’s eye chili|
|150 ml||Sweet soy sauce|
|1½ tbsp||Brown sugar|
- Cut thinly the tempe and put into a bowl.
- Evenly rub SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning on tempe.
- Heat the oil and fry the tempe until crispy.
- Remove the crispy tempe and dry the excess oil with kitchen towel.
- Put all ingredients (B) into blender, roughly blend.
- Ready to serve with fried tempe.
