Ingredients
3 packet | Tempe, cut thinly |
1 tbsp | SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning |
Enough | Oil for frying |
Ingredients B: sauce
8 | Bird’s eye chili |
4 piece | Garlic |
150 ml | Sweet soy sauce |
1½ tbsp | Brown sugar |
½ tbsp | Vinegar |
½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
Method
- Cut thinly the tempe and put into a bowl.
- Evenly rub SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning on tempe.
- Heat the oil and fry the tempe until crispy.
- Remove the crispy tempe and dry the excess oil with kitchen towel.
- Put all ingredients (B) into blender, roughly blend.
- Ready to serve with fried tempe.
